
By making a booking you agree to:

A confirmed booking time is allocated specifically for your job, and our technician is scheduled accordingly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a call‑out fee, charged at our standard rate.

If our technician arrives on site and access is not available, or the job cannot proceed due to client‑related delays, the same call‑out fee will apply.

Bookings are accepted on the assumption that safe and reasonable access to the work area is available at the scheduled time.

Any additional works identified on site that fall outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
