Fast and reliable emergency plumbing and gas services available 24/7. Grant, our licensed plumber and gas fitter, will attend the property and do his best to mitigate risk and resolve the issue for you. Please note: the duration is an average, you will be invoiced our callout fee plus any time required to rectify the issue, which may be more or less than the time allocated. We'll see you soon.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmed booking time is allocated specifically for your job, and our technician is scheduled accordingly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time will incur a call‑out fee, charged at our standard rate. If our technician arrives on site and access is not available, or the job cannot proceed due to client‑related delays, the same call‑out fee will apply. Bookings are accepted on the assumption that safe and reasonable access to the work area is available at the scheduled time. Any additional works identified on site that fall outside the original scope will be quoted separately. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.
